In October, Marzia Bedoni and Alice Gualerzi flew to Rochester, MN, to attend the Regenerative Rehabilitation meeting 2026 organized during the Association of Academic Physiatrists Fall Summit by the AAP Regenerative Rehabilitation Consortium (ARRC).
It was a stimulating and engaging opportunity for exchange, made possible by the wonderful organization and warm welcome from Carmen (Milly) Terzic at the Mayo Clinic, and the ARRC board, in particular its President, Monica Perez.
During the Meeting Marzia Bedoni presented the latest results obtained by the LABION team on the detection of rehabilitation biomarkers on extracellular vesicles to profile and monitor patients engaged in cardiac rehabilitation after heart translplantation.
