The LABION team is proud to announce that, as of January 1st, 2026, Dr. Alice Gualerzi has been appointed Vice President of the Italian Society for Extracellular Vesicles (EVIta, www.evitasociety.org).
This appointment follows three years of dedicated service as a member of the Society’s Board of Directors. In her new role, Dr. Gualerzi will serve for a further three-year term, contributing to EVIta’s core missions of training, science communication, and the promotion of scientific research in the field of extracellular vesicles.
The election of the new board of Directors took place during the 4 th EVIta Symposium held in Favignana (TP) in September 2025.
