This year, the Symposium on Regenerative Rehabilitation took place in Charlottesville, Virginia on October 24-26 as a co-hosted effort by the University of Virginia and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Bedoni and Dr. Picciolini attended the interesting Symposium that is an intersection of basic scientists, clinicians and physical therapists to promote the emerging field of Regenerative Rehabilitation. Dr. Picciolini presented a poster, that received the third place award, about an ongoing  project regarding the analysis of extracellular vesicles as biomarkers for the evaluation of rehabilitation outcome in post-stroke patients. Moreover, the Symposium was the opportunity for Labion to tighten the collaboration with Dr. Fabrisia Ambrosio from the University of Pittsburgh and to meet other experts in the field of regenerative and rehabilitation medicine
